Xmas Break.

A few nights ago, i went out to a bar with some friends from HS to this bar in Silverlake. If you have never been, its hipster central. Multiple people walking around with nice cameras, taking pictures, and wearing way too much American Apparel. (This is funny cause i got a really nice camera for Xmas).

Anyway, as i was ordering a drink, i saw this amazing advertisement up on the wall. It is amazing

Ive seen this commercial on TV many times before, and it pisses me off so much. It is SO strange when she looks sideways and keeps dancing and talks to the camera. I dont know why, but it just seems so strange.

Last night at about 2am, as i was staring into a basket of french fries i hadnt touched, i launched into a philosophical argument about the people of San Francisco, and it their so called "non-interest" in conforming to social trends is in fact, a trend in itself. Obviously it is, and i was the victor in the argument, but more importantly it led into an argument about pants which is way more important

I think i am getting too old to wear shorts anymore. It's sad. I remember when it was acceptable to wear shorts to dinner, work, or any social gathering. Now i feel like i have to wear shorts all the time. Of course this doesnt including lounging on weekends or going swimming. But still, it sucks that i have to be an adult. i miss wearing shorts all the time
